Brushworks gear is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner, Printful. Because each item is printed specifically for the customer after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at team@brushworksco.com. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Size Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, we do not offer free size exchanges. Please check the size chart before ordering.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may place a new order for the correct size.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If an order is returned to Printful because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you about reshipping options. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Unclaimed returns may be donated or disposed of by the production partner after a holding period.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
